Our client engaged in the development of R&D-based niche products, failed protecting the intellectual property despite signing NDAs. We diagnosed and articulated the challenge of open systems and the possibility of information leak including entities outside. We developed coding systems and processes which minimised the interaction among departments. The client now looks to grow with confidence that internal processes are designed and implemented to ensure product confidentiality thus helping protect the IP.
