A two decade old cosmetics contract manufacturing organization wanting to capture potential growth opportunities faced efficiency issues. A process and manpower heavy business accentuated inefficiencies and low-capacity utilization. We deployed our customized research and analytics methodology to understand the key drivers of their business. We studied their bottlenecks that prevented meeting order delivery timelines and advised on the resource planning process changes and efficiency standards to ensure optimum utilization of the plant.
