The Role

  • Work with Senior Consultants and Project Managers in collecting and analyse data
  • Participate in diagnostic process
  • Engage with client teams for data collection
  • Participate in strategy development
  • Participate in business process development
  • Assist seniors in policy development based on data analysis
  • Work with client teams in implementation of strategies and policies

Candidate Profile

  • Graduates with MBA/ M.Tech
  • Good Written and verbal English Communication Skills
  • Analytical ability to work with diverse and large amount of data
  • Diligence to ensure accuracy and completeness of work assigned
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Willingness to travel extensively
