The Role
- Work with Senior Consultants and Project Managers in collecting and analyse data
- Participate in diagnostic process
- Engage with client teams for data collection
- Participate in strategy development
- Participate in business process development
- Assist seniors in policy development based on data analysis
- Work with client teams in implementation of strategies and policies
Candidate Profile
- Graduates with MBA/ M.Tech
- Good Written and verbal English Communication Skills
- Analytical ability to work with diverse and large amount of data
- Diligence to ensure accuracy and completeness of work assigned
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Willingness to travel extensively
